Amenities are accessible to community members and guests. All repairs and fixes are managed through the HOA budget. There are always updates and improvements taking place to maintain their utility. Please respect the equipment and abide by all rules that apply. Amenities may not be used for personal business or revenue-generating activities (such as paid training, lessons, or services).

Keycards
Your keycard is used to gain access to the clubhouse (when reserved), gym, and pool. If your keycard is not working, you need a new one, or it's lost, please fill out this form to notify us.

Residents may reserve the clubhouse for clubs, game nights, movie nights, birthday parties, baby showers, and similar private gatherings.
Maximum Capacity: 47 people.
Reservation Time Blocks:
5:30 am - 11:30 am
11:30 am - 5:30 pm
5:30 pm - 11:30 pm.
Don’t see the time block you need? A time block will not appear as an option if it is already reserved or begins within the next 24 hours.
Amenities: Full kitchen, fireplace, TV, three 8-foot folding tables, four folding card tables, and 20 folding chairs.

West Highland members have access to a beautiful resort-style swimming pool. This is a large pool with a maximum depth of 5 feet, a kiddie section for little children, a splash pad for all ages

West Highlands Park
West Highlands Park
West Highlands is a large park that is perfect for outdoor barbecues, corn hole, football, soccer, kickball and much more. Please let the HOA Board know if you are planning to host events in the park so that we can be prepared and avoid any conflicts.
From Spring to Late fall, we have a sand pit area for volleyball. It is also common for kids to play in the sand, we just encourage they stay on the outskirts of the Volleyball area. On Every Friday night you'll hear residents and guests playing volleyball over at the sand court. It is open to anyone.
