The HOA already held its annual meeting in May 2025, where annual agenda items were addressed. This October meeting is to reset our annual meeting schedule to occur before the year-end going forward for better coordination and planning for both outgoing and incoming Board Members.

Agenda

• Planned Dues Increase

• Landscaper Contract Renewed

• Brief Financial update (we previously reviewed at meeting in May and financials shared monthly with homeowners on the website)

•  Review Governing Documents including Sixth Amendment (ability to impose fines)

• Q&A session

• Election of new Board Members
